this track was actually inspired by the story of Nadia and Guzman in the show Elite. I brought it to my friend Jay, who loved the song and asked what the story behind it was. So I told him it was about the characters from the show Elite, and it turns out he had just watched the show and he loved it and he loved those characters. So it felt right to bring this song to life. Also a crazy coincidence - season 5 of Elite airs April 8, too!
